Brussels Urban Sessions is also about the music. This year, Couleur Café is taking over the music programme, bringing its signature energy and eclectic spirit to Parc du Cinquantenaire.
From 11 to 13 September, music will set the pace throughout the weekend with a selection of artists and DJ sets, blending fresh discoveries, grooves and urban sounds. A programme designed to bring the festival to life beyond the competitions and create a true meeting point between urban sports, music and culture.

Discover the Black Stage
Usually found in Osseghem Park during Couleur Café, the iconic Black Stage is moving to the heart of Parc du Cinquantenaire for Brussels Urban Sessions.
With its distinctive circular design, the stage creates an immersive 180° experience, bringing artists, DJs and festivalgoers closer together in a unique setting. Throughout the weekend, a programme curated by Couleur Café will keep the energy flowing between competitions, sessions and activations.
A meeting point where urban sports, music and culture collide, the Black Stage brings a true taste of the Couleur Café atmosphere to Brussels Urban Sessions.

HEAVEN SAM (FRA)
Also know as Mr. AFRO DISCO ™, Heaven Sam is an international music producer, director, and musician based in France, known for his avant-garde creations that skilfully blend Afro, urban, and pop-funk sounds. Being a true trendsetter, millions of videos worldwide are now created using his remixes, and he is increasingly viewed as a content creator with a high potential for virality. In short: you’re in for one hell of a ride on Saturday 12/9.
BLCK MAMBA (BEL)
Blck Mamba is a Brussels-based DJ and producer of Nigerian descent whose passion for club culture fuels her quest to inspire and innovate dancefloors worldwide with a mix of Afro Electronics. Known for her bold selections and discovery-driven sets she’s bound to headline in style on Friday 11/9.
SHINSHAN SALAZAR (NED)
Jean Salazar Tavera is a creative powerhouse that loves to stir things up. As SHINSHAN is more focused on percussion and drums due to his half Cuban ethnicity and his background as drummer, you can expect some intriguing rhythms from all over the world mixed with jazz, rock, hiphop and R&B samples. Y’all ready?
ASSIA MK (BEL)
This Belgian prodigy is known for her eclectic sets, seamlessly blending hip hop, trap, and drill with genres like afro, RnB, baile funk, and bouyon. After playing all over Europe’s finest clubs and biggest festivals, Assia MK is on a mission to conquer the world. Next stop: Parc du Cinquantenaire.
SURYA (FRA)
Originally from Bordeaux, Surya is gradually establishing herself as a rising star in the Trap and Rap scenes. Behind the decks, she delivers sets that blend French and American Rap with modern Trap. Surya is forging her identity through a carefully curated selection and a genuine passion for hip-hop culture. Cinquantenaire will shake!
KEVIN KOFII (BEL)
The Antwerp-born DJ and producer, is known for his genre-blurring sound—fusing percussive energy, deep bass, and synth-driven melodies into dynamic, high-impact sets. With millions streaming his edits, Kevin’s music has landed on Boiler Room, Triple J, NTS, and Rinse. Big party at Brussels Urban Sessions!
