Great Britain’s Kieran Reilly has been crowned the winner of the men’s BMX Freestyle competition at Brussels Urban Sessions 2026.
Unfortunately, the weather conditions at Parc du Cinquantenaire made it impossible to hold the men’s final safely. The final standings were therefore determined by the points scored during the semi-finals.
Kieran Reilly took the top spot with an outstanding score of 93.75 points. The battle for victory was incredibly close, with American rider Justin Dowell finishing just behind him in second place with 93.48 points. Great Britain’s Dylan Hessey completed the podium with 92.33 points.
ELITE MEN PODIUM
- Kieran Reilly (GBR) — 93.75 points
- Justin Dowell (USA) — 93.48 points
- Dylan Hessey (GBR) — 92.33 points
While the riders were unable to compete in the final, their performances during the previous stages of the competition provided plenty of spectacular BMX Freestyle action for the Brussels crowd.
Congratulations to Kieran Reilly on the victory and to all the athletes for their commitment, adaptability and incredible performances throughout the weekend.
